"The group at Charlotte Potts are fantastic. They helped me identify the kinds of insurance that I needed, helped me find significant savings compared to my previous company, walked me through and clearly explained differences in coverages, maximized what made most sense for my situation, and were helpful and responsive all throughout. They were very friendly and did not pressure me or use any strange sales tactics. I was very impressed by how easy they made the process and highly recommend them. Update October 2025: Went into the office and worked with Joyce this year and she was able to not just update my policies, but make suggestions on other offerings and considerations to adapt to changes in my life.
